We are proudly sponsoring the first 3 day gaming-only event in Birmingham. It will be held October 14-16 at the Howard Johnson's Inn. There are a lot of folks helping to make this a great event. checkout the website (www.bhamgamedays.com) and look for us on facebook.

Orders for Tacticum have been received for Germany, England, and Canada. (British Columbia ships today!). And on the BoardGameGeek website there are more international fans.

Last Friday the Gamealogical Institute presented a very successful workshop for the faculty and staff at Brookwood Baptist Early Childhood Center. through a mix of activities games and presentations we covered; Influences in decision making, Stress, Character Attributes, Span of control - span of influence and crowned the first BBECC GI Triathlon team!

We have found ourselves working more and more with businesses as we attend networking and professional association meetings. This has include; product development, workshops and event planning.
Our first programs have been well received.

Registration just opened on 2 sessions for the Everest Academy Home Schooling group. Classes will begin next week.

This is really great news for the Institute. We will be able to work with more children than ever before and share the wide ranging and varied world of gaming. I am working with the fine folks at the Shelby Community Education office.
Our initial course offering will take place at Oak Mountain and Inverness Elementary and Valley and Oak Mountain Intermediate schools.

Tired of your child knowing 50 cartoon character’s names, but can not remember their math facts? The Gamealogical Institute can help! (and its FUN too). This 8 week course of fun and games will take your student through a different board or card game each week. These are games that will develop critical and strategic thinking, cooperation, and math skills. Each student will create and develop their own board game to take home by the end of the course.
